Refund policy

At Trustman Farms, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

However, we do allow exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product with your order details and photos of the issue if applicable.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused or in its original condition when applicable
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
• Exchanges are subject to approval by Trustman Farms

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
